A good start matters

Every new crew member arrives with questions. Some ask. Many do not. Where do I fit in? Who do I report to? How do things work?

New on board? Ask. Look around. Learn. Someone new joining? Show them around. Introduce them properly. Tell them the things that you wish someone had told you on your first day.

A little extra effort at the start goes a long way.
